• This chocolate is made from cacao beans from Tanzania. We bought this cacao directly through Kokoa Kamili. They work with over 2000 farmers in the Kilombero Valley area.
• All cacao is centrally fermented and dried to ensure a consistent, quality product.
• Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture
• The pouch is made from compostable material and printed with soy ink
