Many of us think of Szechuan cuisine as a extra spicy experience, but that’s not what we’re going for here. We’ve incorporated the range of home-style flavors including salty, savory and a touch of jena se quois. It will add a flavourful zip to any dish and it’s a soon-to-be favourite signature touch to your home cooking arsenal. It's great on steak and if you don't eat meat it is amazing on grilled portobello mushrooms and a great addition to seitan (gluten meat). Enjoy!
