Qamar Al-deen is a Middle Eastern drink that is dried apricot based. It is thick, sweet and delicious and typically consumed during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. It is believed to be from Syria. It was first produced in the Ghouta, where the variety of apricots most suitable for qamar al-din was first grown.
Like all our tisanes, we don’t use any colours, preservatives or extracts.
Ingredients: Purified water, Dried apricot, organic cane sugar.
