Our Peach Fermented Hot Sauce is made using the pressings from our Salt-Cured Chilies. This creates a unique brine, rich in flavour, which is the backbone of our fermentation process. Peaches and Scotch Bonnet Peppers deliver the perfect blend of sweet and savoury with an approachable level of heat.

HOW TO USE PEACH FERMENTED HOT SAUCE?
This savoury hot sauce pairs well with pork and chicken but don’t stop there. Definitely try it with seafood, your oysters will never be the same! When cooking this sauce down it opens up wonderful complex flavours. Try using this sauce on a rack of slow cooked ribs, glaze to broil your favourite fish or easily add depth and heat to your aioli.
