Lettie’s was founded in 2019 by Collette Lalonde. Located in the heart of beautiful Muskoka, Collette realized there was a demand for a locally made dairy free alternative. Collette began experimenting and sharing her creations with those around her, receiving rave reviews and consistently selling out at the local farmer’s market. She knew she was onto something and that’s where it all began! Lettie’s signature line up of dairy free, cashew based cheezes are made with all natural ingredients sourced as locally as possible. They are creamy, delicious, satisfying, and as close to the real thing as you can get. Collette’s strong connection to the natural world around her inspires her to create environmentally friendly products with packaging that using the least amount of waste possible.
