The Carbon Bar in Toronto is an elevated stunning dining venue featuring delicious Texas-style BBQ, Steaks, Seafood and original dishes delivered with impeccable hospitality. Under the care of our Pitmaster who exclusively uses white oak, all meats are smoked low and slow creating a unique flavour.

For our BBQ, we only use the highest quality meats that we prepare with our signature spices and sauces.
